9am-3pm The New Jersey Fly Fisherman of the Year event at Shannons Private Waters showcases the best of the sport in order to showcase talent, equipment, and techniques to a more broad audience of potential sportsmen. One contestant from each of the 10 NJ TU Chapters, one from Project Healing Waters, one from a stream advocacy group. This year Michael Peters will represent our chapter.

5pm-8pm Fly Fisherman of the Year - banquet. This event supports the NJ State Chapter of Trout Unlimited and recognizes the best fly fishermen and women who represent their organizations though out New Jersey.
